The Better Work programme has a modular training programme covering:

• globalization;

• workplace cooperation;

• quality;

• occupational health and safety;

• productivity;

• human resource management;

• working conditions; and

• continuous improvement.

The modules can be delivered individually or as part of an integrated programme. Additional modules will be developed on important issues in different industries and countries.

All modules combine classroom training with enterprise advisory services. The focus is on workplace cooperation to achieve benefits for management and workers.

Better Work is also developing training for supervisors and for workers on both rights and responsibilities.
